It was a pleasure to be part of the Big Rock Growler Giveaway Calgary! Sidwalk chalk art taken to another level. Request from the client: Big Rock Rooster logo, with a "Calgary Twist". We started at 6am on Thursday May 25th, 2017. Location: Eau Claire Market. Drawing was done by 10am, and the Big Rock crew laid out 2000 beer growlers with Vouchers for a free fill at the brewery! Recently I have been adding some life to chalkboards above the beer fridges at Willow Park Wines and Spirits! Located at the main location, South Calgary in the Willow Park business mall. Great way to promote upcoming events and feature products at the establishment.

Planet Organic Chalkboard Menus

Recently had the opportunity to create some menu chalk boards for Planet Organic, take a look!

The first three here are set up at the 130th location, 4' x 3' in size.

These next ones are for the Royal Oak, Calgary location, 3' x 3' in size.

Food and Beverage, Chalkboard Illustration, for Flor de Cana Rum

Check out this commission I did for Flor de Cana, located at Toad and Turtle Barlow North Calgary!

Prepared the custom design and did hand drawn illustration that you see in the photos above. It was great working with Flor de Cana and the management at Toad and Turtle!  It was an enjoyable task to draw the Toad & Turtle characters, as well as render the bottle and mojito illustrations with chalk.

Sidewalk Chalk art, Calgary Tim Hortons "Tims Next Door" Campaign

On September 22nd, 2014 I had the opportunity to be a part of the #timsnextdoor campaign here in Calgary. A house in the SW neighbourhood of Oakridge was turned into a "Tim Hortons" overnight! I was drawing in the dark as the sun was setting to keep this project a secret surprise for the neighbouring residents. Check out the video at the bottom of this post to see the video they made about the project.

Recently had the pleasure to do some chalk art for an Albi Homes Showhome in the new community of  Riverstone! Cafe fun and welcoming was the mood and inspiration for this piece. Nice working with Robert in marketing in designing the ideal look for their showhome.

Bowdog Calgary Chalk Mural, March 2014

Recently did a fun commission for Bowdog here in Calgary. They specialize in everything Canine! It was a lot of fun to meet so many dogs while working on this drawing. They have a great team of people at a nice facility, so if you need lodging, grooming, daycare or training for your dog, Bowdog is highly recommended.

This wall was done with chalk markers instead of traditional chalk, as the wall is located in a busy area and dogs would brush against it while walking by.

Working with Bowdog's marking team, we decided a visually interesting way to present their services was with a 'word cloud'. Another integral part of the Bowdog brand was "Sit Stay and Play", which fits quite nicely under their logo dog tag on the left.
