Had the pleasure to work with a new startup cafe - lunch spot in downtown Calgary, Red 1's Kitchen (606 - 4th Street SW) http://red1skitchen.com/ Enjoyed lunch, here and loved how fresh everything was. I wish I worked nearby so I could come here more often! They are inside the office building by the elevators, so a bit hidden and well worth checking out!
